About the position:
Reporting to our Operations Manager, this individual will be providing administrative support to our operations, finance, and purchasing departments in our Pen Argyl, PA location.
We are looking for an independent thinker with experience supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities Provides a broad range of administrative support functions for management which include coordinating office communications, tracking budgets, purchasing, scheduling, workflow, and processing of office forms Assist with travel arrangements, per diem requests and expense reports Coordinates facilities requests and organizational needs, internal event planning, hosting clients, etc.
Manage and initiate purchase requisitions for office supplies, equipment, and services as needed Attend safety committee meetings and record any issues as determined by the team Maintains confidential files and records for assigned area of responsibility Assists with month/year-end close Manage the material and rental ticket process Scanning and sending daily timecards for non-exempt employees to payroll Partner with company warehouse managers to update storage manifests and storage billing Perform other duties as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting supporting multiple teams Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with senior management Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Ability to be flexible, effectively prioritize, and multi-task MC offers a robust benefits package including:
