Friday and Monday 4pm-2am.
Saturdays and Sundays 530pm-530am +$17/hr shift differential on top of base rate for Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays Base rate dependent on skill/experience level.

Pen Argyl, PA Techo-Bloc is on the hunt for their next industrial maintenance technician (electro-mechanic).
Our technicians are highly proficient with electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and welding.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and screws.
Repair/troubleshoot hydraulic cylinders, valves, solenoids and pumps Identify and make hydraulic hoses as needed Advanced welding and fabrication skills.
Must perform welding in various positions, locations and weld various types of joints Ability to properly operate band saws, torch, drill presses, grinders and other shop tools Performs installation of new equipment.
Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
Troubleshoot using electrical schematics and multimeter/megger to diagnose electrical issues Properly size components and cabling for new electrical systems Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO's, OL's, contactors, relays, break resisters and various other electrical components Familiar with troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, Allen Bradley, AB Familiar with interference fits and bearing heaters Start or jog equipment to perform maintenance tasks Test malfunctioning machinery, identify parts needed and complete repairs Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.
).
Document and perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment dependability.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:

years' experience working in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or relevant field.
Proficient with use of power tools, measuring devices, lathe and/or milling machinery.
Previous experience using bearing heaters, interference fits, and/or removing gear boxes or seized bearings/shafts.
Previous experience with stick and MIG welding.
Will need to fabricate projects as well as make welding repairs Proficient Electrical skills Proficient in troubleshooting electrical components; IO's, OL's, contactors, relays, break resisters and various other electrical components Read and comprehend schematics and diagrams.
Experience with 480vAC, 120vAC, 24vDC, and 4-20mA systems Able to use multi-meter, megger, and other test equipment Maintain, install, troubleshoot VFDs, programmable sensors, SCADA, HMI, and PLCs.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes Collaborative; Works in the spirit of partnership.
